According to Lexar the maximum write speed for 32 to 256 GB 633x cards is 45 MB/s, while 16 GB cards provide 20 MB/s write speed and are rated UHS Speed Class 1 (U1).
The 633x cards are available in 16 and 32 GB SDHC and 64, 128 and 256 GB SDXC versions. The 633x cards will replace the 600x SD cards in the Lexar SD card product line.
